Our weekend is a combination of workshops and meditations mixed with plenty of time to rest, relax, and restore with other incredible women from our Benshen.co community.

Check-in for guests is 4pm. We will have a beautiful dinner the first evening together at 6pm followed by a Kundalini Yoga + Meditation workshop taught by Desirée

We begin the morning with sunrise meditation followed by breakfast and then time to Venus! Lay by the pool, head into town, read your favorite books. We have dinner together at 6pm followed by a magical workshop led by our guest teacher and Acupuncturist, Margarita Rusolello.

Our final morning begins with sunrise deep meditation followed by a hearty nourishing breakfast prior to checkin out at 11am!

Our goal + mission at Benshen.co is to make sure that everyone is safe throughout the weekend. We will be taking all necessary precautions such as cleaning the space prior to the visit and providing masks + hand sanitizer for those who desire to wear them. NY State regulations require proof of vaccination for indoor gatherings. Please be sure to read and sign our COVID-19 release form prior to purchase.
