Structure

● MORNING MEDITATION

Meditation is the art of breaking habits. Our membership includes meditation livestreams to powerfully start your day. Each month, we curate a short set of practices of breath work, deep meditation, and guided prompts as a daily practice. 

For Example:

Warm up (3 mins) || Left Nostril Long Deep Breathing (3 mins) || Meditation to Brighten Radiance (11 mins)

Total time: Approximately 25 mins - including prompts + community connection. All meditations are saved for replay so you can tune in live or at your own leisure, no matter where you are in the world.

MONDAY - FRIDAY
7:30 - 8:00am EST

● WEEkly Workshops

Join Desirée every SATURDAY for our workshop of the week! Tailored to the monthly theme, this workshop is a combination of group coaching with meditation and mindset practices to transform your life.

All workshops are saved for replay so you can tune in live or watch the replay at your own leisure, no matter where you are in the world.

Our Benshen Membership includes an optional community Telegram channel for the month where you can connect with other women around the world and hold one another accountable to the changes you want to make in your life. ABOUT OUR MEMBERSHIP

    • The Monthly Membership is accessed via a private Instagram account + your BENSHEN Portal. Access the replays + stay updated on all things BENSHEN.

    • Participants will have access to the account + portal pages for 8 weeks (the four weeks during the membership + four weeks after) The account is kept private for the confidentiality and privacy of those participating.

  • MONDAY - FRIDAY | 7:30 - 8:00am EST

    • Our morning meditations are approximately 30 mins on IG LIVE and saved for replay to IGTV. We have a private IG account for each month.

    • Weekends are self-practice - you can follow along to one of the replays at your own leisure.

  • Join BENSHEN founder Desirée Pais every SATURDAY for our workshop of the week!

    A combination of group coaching, meditation, breath work and other mindset practices to transform your life, Desirée teaches to the theme of the month to help you get from where you are now to where you want to be.

    • Every Saturday morning 10:00 - 11:00am EST on ZOOM

    • All content is saved for replay in your portal after if you cannot make it live!

    • Every month, we focus on a different theme - from financial abundance to unlocking sensuality to romantic partnerships.
