THE SUBTLE BODY IMMERSION

2025 is a 9 year — 9 is the Subtle Body: our intuition, vision, and our deepest source of inner power.

We're excited to announce our first event of 2025: The Subtle Body Immersion. Join us to welcome the New Year with a 2-day Benshen.co immersive experience to deepen your practice and become crystal clear so you can step into 2025 with resounding strength, grace, and vision.

This weekend is the perfect opportunity to meet members of the Benshen community, learn from an incredible lineup of guest teachers, and dive into two full days of workshops to prepare your body and for the New Year.

aBOUT OUR IMMERSIONS

Our immersions as a chance to dive deep into the BENSHEN practices, meet new friends, and explore a new city. A weekend pop-up in cities around the world, our immersions combine in studio workshops led by Desirée and guest teachers hosted at a local space, as well as community meet-ups throughout the weekend whenever we travel outside of New York City!
