Join us as we celebrate the most magical day of the year: Winter Solstice.
We will begin the workshop with Fascia Flossing, lead by Bon Crotzer, that will expand the Kidney + Bladder Qi so that we walk into the darkness of Winter with our higher consciousness and inner wisdom as our guide. Gentle rejuvenating movements will help us leave behind fear and transition into the Water Element season - the season of replenishment, conception, dreams and absolute expansion.
We will finish the evening with breath-work and deep meditation led by Desirée Pais to begin to awaken the inner fire on the darkest day of year. It is in our shadow, the darkness, that we find our greatest gift: our light.
